Consultations take place in the privacy of a consultation room. You may bring a support person with you if you wish.
Initial consultations take approximately 90 minutes. This is an in-depth look at your past and present health, including all your body systems, nutrition, lifestyle. This gives us a very good insight into your current state of health and a better understanding of what is going on.
Follow up consultations take approximately 45 minutes and are usually scheduled four weeks later. Here we look at what changes have occurred and reassess the current treatment program.
A fee may apply for a failed appointment. We understand that sometimes unexpected things happen, but we ask that you please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment, if you are not able to make it. This enables people that are waiting for urgent appointments the opportunity to get an appointment.
Payment is expected at time of consultation or when prescription items are collected. Accepted forms of payment are cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS.
Outside of appointment times, we are happy to answer any queries that you may have about your treatment program. The preferred method of contact for this service is via email. Phone calls are accepted also, but please be aware that this is a home-based business, and phone calls are preferred during working hours. Charges will apply if more than a quick look at your records is required for any enquiry to be answered.

Free Health Assessments are limited to new clients only.
You must be a local resident, residing in Auckland, New Zealand.
This offer cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will credit be given for any partially spent portion.
There are a limited number of appointments each week. If a suitable time is not available, you may have the opportunity to pay for a consultation sooner, subject to availability.
